The annual Tucson Gem, Fossil and Mineral Shows begin this weekend,. As buyers for my sister’s stained glass art company, WenchWorks, we have to wear a badge to gain entrance to the wholesale shows.
I made lanyards for our badges using Cute2Carry’s easy tutorial. The hardware pieces are off old lanyards from a Las Vegas casino, the badge laminating pieces were purchased at Office Max, and the fabric is a leftover piece from the Amy Butler Birdie Sling I made last May.

Oh that is too cute. I have to wear my badge around my neck everyday, and using old hardware from lanyards you don't want is pure genius. Thanks June!
Yay! Your lanyards look so awesome!!! Great job! And thx for sharing. :)
Dang it! I just threw away an old lanyard. It was really hard for me to do, I even thought twice as I tossed it. Should have thought three times! Your lanyards are just adorable!
Awesome idea Junie! I wanted to provide my staff with some valentine gifts, and now I know just what to create for them!
So cool and fun! They make a pleasant change from the printed lanyards you get to see. I've seen some really cute ones that used a baby boys and baby girls print and they were adorable!
Nice post.
