Spring Cleaning Using Only One Tool

Surgery on my leg and ankle on St. Patrick’s Day left me trying to figure out how in the world to get my spring cleaning done.

Although my husband assures me life won’t end if I don’t do spring cleaning, I’m internally programmed to make sure it gets done.

After giving my worry over the challenge some thought, I realized I have one tool that can ensure all is well in Junie Moon world…

…my cell phone.

While I work on my Stash Mountain projects while sitting in my favorite chair with my leg propped up, my house, yard, and even my car were given a most excellent spring cleaning. All it involved was my making calls to the following professionals:
  • Housecleaning company
  • Heating/air conditioning maintenance (checkup and duct cleaning)
  • Carpet cleaner
  • Window washer
  • Chimney sweep
  • Landscape crew
  • Car detailer
My cell phone was my creative solution to a problem and now I can relax and heal without the extra stress. My work here is done.

I hope your leg and ankle heal up soon, but not before all those companies have made your house and car all nice and spiffy! What a wonderful solution!

Love it~ I'm just waiting for the boy to move out, so I can afford to hire regular housecleaners :-)

Housework? Feh! But hey, if someone else does it, I'm in!

Sending you healing thoughts. Sitting and relaxing isn't in your nature, but it isn't ALL bad, is it?

I'm so proud of you for letting someone else do all that hard work and you taking care of YOU.

Also, love the new template and wallpaper.

Let your fingers do the walking, right! If you're like me, it's easier to focus on recovery if you're surroundings are in order. I hope you're doing ok and on your way back to 100%!! (from one post-op to another) ; )

I so like your style, Junie. Hope you're back on your feet soon - this is great walking/hiking time in Tucson!

Such a great idea, Junie! It's still possible to get all your stuff done in your house, without even making yourself tired. But I hope that you'll be okay, soon!

You forgot the roof maintenance! :)
I always call them too, since I'm not really that confident about climbing to my roof just to check if my shingles are cracked or anything.
