Gifts of kindness and encouragement are always wonderful to give as well as receive. I love the beautiful affirmations project designed by a team of bloggers who share their project with us for free: Jamie Ridler Studios, Joy Rebel, Kind Over Matter, mae-b at deviant art, and Magpie Girl.

There are 36 affirmations and I made two sets yesterday afternoon. I printed one of the available designs on one side of cardstock sheets (you can see the back of one affirmation in the lower left of the photo) before printing the affirmations themselves on the other side.

Next I worked on making the little boxes to hold the affirmations. I began by printing cardstock with different designs on both sides and then cut out my box pieces with the printable template. Assembly was very easy. The design elements and box pattern/template were created by mae-b at deviant art; you’ll find them at Kind Over Matter along with the instructions.

You always find the coolest stuff June! Thanks for the links -- these will be great gifts!
They look so preofessionally made, June. I liked the affirmatuons that I coud read in your photo. Thye would be nice with favorite quotes, and maybe even made into coasters.
Daily affirmations are valuable for everyone... and these are a super-attractive set you've come up with!
I can affirm that you are one of the sweetest, most thoughtful and giving, creative bloggers that I know!

Your circles of affirmations and the box are so professional looking too. Lovely work June.
(I've been so very busy leading up to my weekend trip and now that I'm back I'm swamped with work -- I will really try hard to catch up during the week)
I LOVE IT!
Those are gorgeous. Love them. I'm a big affirmations person and am very impressed by these! Thanks for sharing.
