The Recipe Box Swap

This morning I’m finishing some Chinese New Year craft projects which I’ll post later today. In the meantime, a great recipe swap is happening on the I Have To Say blog. Hop over and find some new recipes to try.

Tonight I’m making rice and Orange Beef from Real & Healthy Chinese Cooking by Nicholas Zhou as part of our celebration of Chinese Lunar New Year.

I modified a Chinese language chart to make the recipe cards; right-click to print (print on cardstock).

Happy New Year! I wanted to post something about the Chinese New Year today, but didn't know how to coordinate it with a granola recipe.

Thanks for your recipe--I love Chinese food and don't have nearly enough recipes for making it at home.

LOVE the recipe cards!

XO

As much as my hubby and I love Chinese food, I have never made an authentic Chinese food dish. This sounds wonderful, and I think I've summed up the courage to give it a whirl!

Oh, and thanks for stopping by my blog! :-)

Thanks for posting about the swap. I posted one of mine and can't wait to try everyone else's. Your recipe looks good, I might try it on Sunday after we go to the New Year parade.

Your Chinese New Year preparations are truly beautiful June, and this recipe sounds like a good one.

Those radishes look so pretty. I would never have thought to use them, but think they're perfect!

Thank you for sharing your celebration with us.
